Cathedral Lodge Golf Day 2023
On Friday March 24th, we partnered with Cathedral Lodge & Golf Club for our inaugural golf day.
Tucked away just outside of Thornton in country Victoria, 20 golfers joined us for a spectacular day. The golfers ranged from Aftershock supporters since we launched, to golfers who were learning about us for the first time, and to some who were our researchers. We were spoilt on arrival, with personalised golf carts, lockers filled with Royal Caddie merchandise, a delicious breakfast, then we were ready to tee off.
Our group absolutely loved the experience of playing at one of Australia’s most prestigious golf clubs. Playing Stableford on the day was not enough to get the competitive juices flowing, so we also included longest drive and nearest to the pin, to cater for all handicaps.
A huge thanks to our friends from Royal Caddie for partnering with us on our polos and caps for the day. Our team looked very sharp on course.
We cannot thank our friend and Photographer Kim Landy enough for capturing the day. Kim has been supporting us since 2019, and has photographed many of our events.
